As is standard practice, we recommend to our all clients that the manual journals are reviewed on a regular basis as they are subject to a higher risk of error or fraud.
To produce this report, follow these steps in Xero:
Go to the 'all reports' section
Find the 'journal report'
Set your date period
Click on 'More' and check 'Posted manual journals only'
You can then update the report and print as necessary
Once you have this report, you can have your committee or other appropriate person sign off the report to evidence that the manual journals have been reviewed.
